READ THIS WHILE THE SLIDES LOAD - These furniture designs were developed and prototypes built in our workshop to be tested in
working/ living environments, under various user and climate/humidity conditions. Material selection is always critical-quilted Maple and
American White quarter-sawn Oak for a free standing
jewelry cabinet with characteristic red struts; the same Oak carries over to a
platform bed with a 4 panel SpinneyBeck leather headboard; its two side tables interpretations in aluminum plate, legs topped by
Carrera marble; a
stereo console in quilted Maple veneer with aluminum panel drawer fronts; the Cypress four poster bed flanked by
side tables of Cypress and Padauk; an
office desk, constructed of solid curly Maple highlighted with Purple Heart on an aluminum plate
frame; an
outside table of Carrera and aluminum between two Schultz chaises, and a round foyer table of Zebrawood and Italian
Walnut, originally installed in an office setting.

Then:
humidors of unusual character and wood species; a small scale all-heart cherry dining table and sideboard; a writing desk in
Teak; a Cypress
dressing stool and an American White Oak bread box, both with Padauk trim. Recent efforts include: a thin Carrera
slab supported by a large scale steel frame serving as a
refectory table seating ten and partnered with a fanciful dirigible-shaped
chandelier; tubular steel frame garden lounge seating with accompanying side table of aluminum plate and Carrera marble; and, a
simple lightweight,
bookshelf unit of Birch, solid and ply-detailed with exposed screws and stainless finishing washers.
+all woods either clear-coated or oiled to preserve & enhance the natural grain of the wood; exotics are sustainably harvested, recycled or from legacy stock
