One Brickell City Centre in Miami's bourgeoning Brickell Avenue financial district a Hong Kong-based Swire Properties mixed-use Transit Oriented Development of 2.8M SF in a 1000+ ft tower with High-End Retail, Class A Office, 5 Star Hotel & Condominiums. This super-tall building project is the cornerstone & phase 2 of one of the largest construction projects in the SE. It is targeting LEED Platinum Certification.
8800 Doral Gateway a 12-acre Hines Interests multi-family community in Doral, FL, consisting of 892,000 sf in 4 buildings housing 550 du’s, extensive amenities and a 7-level parking garage. The site has canal frontage and public promenade on two sides.
University of Miami Student Housing & Mixed-Use, Coral Gables, 9-acre 606,000 SF series of 23 residential pods on pilotis with floating modules at ground level. Includes Theatre, Multi-Purpose Venue, Launchpad, Warehouse Pop-Up, F&B, Training, Housing Offices, Campus Package Center, Sports Equipment Rentals, Exterior Amenities & Amphitheatre. Targets local market housing employing competitive scale, finishes and private amenities for a total of 1100 beds. The project incorporates a re-imagined lake front park, open courtyard and a semi-enclosed courtyard. It is targeting LEED Gold Certification.
JLL-METLIFE Midtown Atlanta Master Plan 9-acre urban site at West Peachtree & 17th St, descending another 30 ft below the High Museum, a promenade inspired by the Barcelona las Ramblas, two phases comprising 3.63M SF, detailed concepts for condominium, multi-family, office, retail and hotel towers, above and below grade parking garages. Coordination with Civil, Geotech, Cost estimator, LEED consultants.
